I've been looking for a thicker crate pad and that's exactly what I've got. The waterproof bottom side would skid on every surface, but I love it for the crate. The fleece cover is soft and warming though it does not withstand a chewer. 1 of my 2 has been pierced by my female JRT the second day after we got it - as it is a good product it was worth a repair!

This pad looks and feels cozy and comfortable. Our two little Cavalier Spaniels enjoy sleeping on it. We place a small quilt on top of the pad. One sleeps on the quilt; one moves the quilt and sleeps directly on top of the pad. Couldn't be better!

We use it in the crate where our two treasures sleep at night. Tinkerbell prefers to sleep on the pad itself; Peter Pan prefers the pad covered by a quilt. They sleep all night without complaint.

This bed looks great, and is compact (which my owner likes), but I wish it had a back or sides to snuggle against. Also, my family steps on it sometimes and complain that it's slippery! Not my favorite bed, but not bad.

I use it as a crate liner and my dog loves it. However, when it gets dirty we have to wash the whole thing, as opposed to just washing the cover. I wish there was a zipper to get the stuffing out and just wash the cover.

This pad does not appear to break down, thus wear out quickly, and stays 'cushiony' for my Weim.

We purchased this dog bed to give our pup a nice soft place top rest in the living room instead of the hardwood floors.

The ease of cleaning is a big selling point for this bed, and that it is tacked down and wont lose it's shape when washed. so is the fact that it is made from recycled goods.

The two main points against it are that it is too thin and does not really give that much padding, and the bottom side is a slick material which causes it to slide around and not stay in one place.

This bed is pretty expensive for what you get... ours is the XXL.

Both the dogs loved it! I do wish it was a little thicker, but again its not a dog bed..

I put them in the dogs' crates, and they both took to them immediately. Even during the day, when they're not confined in crates they go in to lie down on their nice thick pads! Excellent product.

My dog just loves his new bed. It is great for his crate. Material is nice in touch and it seems durable.

The only disadvantage is that you have to wash entire pad.
