I use this leash when I want to take one of our three dogs out with me to "fetch" the mail or go out to chat with a neighbor. Our dogs are NEVER off leash unless in an enclosed space. (our Dalmatian is deaf). This leash is also great for helping a lost dog find her way home just as we did a couple of weeks ago. I used the leash to walk the "old girl" (I was told she's 13!) through the neighborhood until she found her home:)

I have two puppies and use one for each of them in training. It is a great leash and works as well as a chain-type choke, but I believe more comfortable.

I bought this leash as I was looking for a strong sturdy leash for my two new puppies. I've gotten so many compliments on these leashes at the dog park as they come in great colors and look like climbing rope - very sporty. Also, I love how I can just throw this leash on the pups without a collar. AND, there is a little holder for the poop bags which you'll love even more than you realize - very handy. The leashes were definitely strong enough to handle the pups, but one was chewed up and is not unusable. But considering the things my dogs have chewed up, I don't blame the leash. Planning on buying another one.

I absolutely love this leash. I have a black lab whose head is small than his neck. He is constantly slipping his collar. He hasn't slipped this once since I have been using it.
I would highly recommend this leash.

I love the slip on leash. This is wonderful for training and working with your dog to have it walk loose on a leash. It is best used not around the neck but up higher. My dogs walk so much better on this type of leash and it is wonderful because you can put it on the dog easy. I like it so much that after I write this review, I am going to purchase another one for my other Chesapeake Bay Retriever.

I have two shar-pei's and I use Just-A-Cinch Leashes on both. Our favorite use of Just-A-Cinch Leashes is for trips to and from the doggie spa. Easy on and easy off; especially for doggies anxious to leave the house, get out of the car or ready to leave the spa and head home. Highly recommended.

Our dog does not wear a collar inside, so this leash is perfect to slip on quickly when going out for potty breaks. Also handy when traveling, as a dog with a large neck cannot back out of this collar easily, so it's safe for parking lots and roadside areas.

My corgi can be stubborn and will balk a lot on a walk if there are interesting things to smell. A few days with this slip lead discouraged the balking, as he can't really plant his feet against it as well as a traditional collar. It's thick size and soft texture seems to make it more comfortable for the dog than many other slip or choke collars.

Nice, sturdy, and practical.

I haven't had it long enough to know if it is durable or is hard to keep clean. Other than that it is just what a Coonhound puppy owner who lives in a Condo needs. Burt Loves to run but if I have to restrain him in a hurry this is the way to do it. I have skinned my knees(at least) trying to wrestle him into a collar or leash while he's enthusiastically greeting another dog or person.
