Puppy can play in it at home and we got him used to seatbelting it into the car so he travels safely. Have not yet taken it on a plane, but i am confident that daily trips around in it have made him comfortable with long confinement in this bag. We used it in backpack mode to shop at SAKS and he got more attention than the xmas sales!

The carrier is better than I anticipated. My dog is only 5lbs I ordered med., which is pretty compact for him, fortunately I did not order the smaller one. It is constructed extremely well, the only problem I had the bar placed across the front for support did not have an opening, I called the company and they immediately wanted to replace it, while on the line I opened up a few stitches and the bar went through fine. I am anxious to see if I can maneuver it to fit under an airline seat. Great product!!

This carrier is great and my toy Pomeranian loves it, especially when it is used as a back pack. This will be great when I fly this summer. The carrier will fit right under the seat.

I have a 13 lb service dog, normally he would use a med carrier, however, he is long and the larger wagabond is perfect. The rolling carrier helps ME not have to carry my dog, in a standard under the seat carrier, is time efficient when going thru airport security/inspection lines, as this carrier goes thru intact and then my dog can simply get into it, at the end of the conveyor belt. The carrier is very well made and the padding is sufficient covering the framework..although it could be a "bit" more cushy!
My dog feels safe and secure inside, yet has good visibility in the crowded airport.
All in all, HE gives this carrier design a TEN!

I use this rolling carrier with my 17-pound Westie, Missy Paulette, who can be very lazy and refuse to walk. She stands up and rests her front paws on the top of the bag and away we go! It is awesome. So much better than those strollers which are as far from sexy as a woman can get. I mean really.

WISHED FOR 21" FOR MINI-LONGHAIRED-DACHSHUND (21"). RETURNED DUE TO 18" OK'D BY AIRLINES. FUN ROLLING AROUND TESTING IT. HE LIKES IT AND WILL BE READY FOR 1ST AIR FLIGHT. CONVENIENCE OF "BACKPACK" STYLE ALSO WITH HANDY SIDE POCKETS. SUGGEST = BOTTLE BRACKET ON SIDE WITH ID SLIP. IT IS GREAT CONVENIENCE.

I was very happy to have a dog carrier on wheels. I am old enough that I didn't want to carry it, and it worked very well. The only problem was that it had to be stuffed under the seat in front of me on the plane, and that created a much smaller space for our 15 lb. dog. He wasn't very happy about it, but he did manage to settle down.

I would recommend it.
