from Dallas, TX on 08/06/2009I bought 2 of these to cover a new leather sectional in the den. The width of the blankets is not enough to cover both the back of the sectional and the seating area, so I covered just the seating area and now the blankets are dragging on the floor. They need to be either wider or less wide. The quality appears to be great. If nothing else, will make a great blanket for me or the dogs during the winter months. Would not recommend to use as a sofa coverlet, though, due to the awkward size.
from Freeport, ME on 06/04/2009Unfortunately, the dog loves to be UNDER it rather than on it (warm, soft fleece on the underside). Thus, the only perfection I might suggest is a way to secure the blanket to the couch/futon.

I bought this one to see if it more closely matched my couch fabric, and it does. It is large enough to cover an oversized sofa and does not slip, even when 3 lively dogs occupy it. It washes easily. Before I had this cover I used 2 smaller throws, and they were always moving around on the couch. This cover looks and feels more like upholstery. The caramel one is now happily on the couch in our motor home. I keep the sherba side down to eliminate slipping.

from Asheville, NC on 04/02/2009This has been a furniture saver! One of my dogs drools when sleeping. This cover is thick enough to contain any slobber. I have had no accidents since using the Fur Fighter. It is easy to launder, comes up looking like new. Is attractive to look at.
from Baltimore on 03/04/2009Bought 2 to cover 2 leather sofas, have to keep putting back on after dog jumps off. First dog pulls one off, easily, and uses it as padding for wood floor. Discolors some on "fluffy" side from washing. Our washer is too small and the agitator is rubbing through on spots on the brown smooth side.

I have these on both couches and since it has been raining and the dogs track mud into the house daily, these keep the couch clean, at least.
