He usually quickly "solves" puzzels and eats chews. This is more challenging. I also think it is getting him used to bristles so I can start phasing him into using toothbrush. I bought a second one when he bent/broke the first one after I replaced the chews. He hasn't finished the chews on the new one, I hope that I can install the replacements tight enough so that he doesn't take the toy apart again.

Best new chew toy I have found in a long time. The first day I gave it to my big chewer he worked on it all day. Each time he got it he became faster and faster in eating off the special treat. I give it to both our large and small dogs. They both love it! In the beginning my big chewer chewed off all the bristles on the toy. The second new one I gave him he had learned how to chew the treat without eating off the bristles. I have used it to stop behavior that I didn't like. I offer them the bone and they come running. They would stand on their heads if I asked them just to get the toy. It's a bit expensive but well worth it. I have recommended this to all dog owners I know.

My dog loves to chew and most toys do not last that long. This toy stimulates his brain by causing him to think about how to get the treat from the toy. It has definitely lasted longer than any other toy we've purchased. The only con would be that it would be nice if it came with even more than the extra treats it does come with.

They absolutely love this dental chew! One of their favorite chew toys and lasts several hours. The only problem seems to be they can take it apart after an hour or two, so I don't leave them home alone with it. They love it!

I have 2 goldens and a boxer. They love this chew toy. There was always a disagreement over who would get to chew on this toy, so I bought another one. Now there are two! If you have chewers, this toy is one of the very best. The only drawback is having to refill it over and over.

Both of our dogs love this toy. One sniff and they both wanted it. I had to order a second one or they would try to steal it from the other one. They would chew on this toy for hours...yes, hours. Unheard of in this house. It seems to satisfy their need to chew. Only one problem I found is that after one day of heavy chewing they ate off all the bristles on the brushes. I would have loved to be able to buy parts to this toy and not have to buy an entire new bone. One of our dogs is an extremely heavy chewer and finding a toy that lasts is very hard. This is the first chewing toy I have found that can keep their attention for such a long time. I bought the refills of the rawhide rings that go with the bone. But I can see that it can run me into a lot of money considering they can both eat it off in one chewing. It comes in different sizes and I bought a smaller one for our smaller dog. However, the smaller dog prefers the larger bone so now I have 2 of the larger ones and one of the smaller ones. I gave this toy a 4 star rating just because I would like to be able to replace an eaten part and not have to buy another whole toy. Aside from that...I give it a thumbs up for keeping their interest and affording us some peace and quiet in the house.

We have a new young dog who chews everything. She puts this through a workout and it is still here. Much of what we give her isn't.

It is a great treat and keeps my beagle happy gnawing at the bone and raw hide!

This toy lives up the description. My dog got her teeth sparkling clean gnawing on this bone for hours on end. It is industructible!

Gracie "talks" to her bone when she is chewing on it. She really loves this new bone. I'm going to buy a few more to keep in case this one wears out or we get a new dog. LOVE it, love it!!
