After my 110-pound dog developed a hot spot, and continued to be itchy and irritated after two refills of vet meds, creams, and medicated wash, this liquid added to her food helped within three days. She no longer felt groggy from pills, and her coat began to shine again. Best of all, her playful personality returned. Although more pricey than store supplements, I will re-order soon.
