I have owned more than a few dog beds, and this is the only one that both my dogs love (one is a miniature dachshund and the other is an 18-pound tall mixed breed). In fact, they loved it so much, I had to buy two. It's easy for my very short dachshund to access without having to jump into it, but it also has the nice bolster at the back that he likes. Honestly, the bed looks so comfortable that I'm a little sorry they don't make a human version. So far, the bed's holding up well to the nesting/digging that my dachshund likes to do with his paws, shows practically no dirt, and fits in well with my decor. I really like the fact that the filling is made of recycled soda bottles and the filling seems better and more comfortable to me than traditional foam, etc. Just one note about the seaglass color - I like it, but it's definitely a darker blue than it appears to be on the website and in the catalog. Overall, definitely the best dog bed I've ever purchased.

This is perfect for my Dachshund's long body. He gets very cozy in this bed. I am purchasing another for the roon upstairs! I would definitely recommend

I have two Soft Coated Wheaten Terriers, Mom and Daughter. I purchased two of the medium sized Bunkhouse beds for them. They both love them and I find them lounging in them all the time! I was impressed that these are made in the US and the stuffing is recycled soda bottles. The beds stay pouffy and plump, and the cover easily unzips for washing.

Our 75lb. male retired racing greyhound has many beds, as does our 26lb female shiba inu. We bought a large for our boy, but our girl loves it just as much as he does and won't let him use it!! I shall be buying a medium size for her.

Coco loves soft beds, but also likes the security of the bolster. She is a medium sized dog (30 pounds) but prefers a large bed with lots of room to stretch out as she gets too warm.

looks great when new its nice and full and fluffy, had it a year at xmas and the stuffing especially at the bottom lost its thickness. washes well. needed to buy new one to get that thick ,comfy feel back for the princess. obviously, not a cheap bed,we bought x-large size

I've tried to get Scout on many a bed that isn't mine. She never liked them - wouldn't even go near them. It was like the whole concept of her own bed was foreign to her. This was my last ditch effort. I'm proud to report that she sleeps in her bed all night. For the last two nights in a row, she hasn't even attempted to get into the people bed. I've caught her upstairs laying in the bed on her own volition. Amazing. Never thought it would happen. Thanks!

We just bought this for our corgi and it's wonderful! The padding is unusual looking but the dog just loves burrowing down in the creases and stretching out his chin in other places. I was hesitant to buy this because this price is so high, but it's well made, good looking and the dog loves it. No regrets.

The bed is attractive and by dogs really love it. They can curl up in it or stretch out. I have not washed it yet or have I had it long enough to see how it stands the test of time and chewing.
