I use them in the dogs' wire kennels and they fit perfectly and are very cushy and soft. In fact, the cats also love them and spend time in the dogs' kennels snoozing. I have not washed the beds yet, so I cannot comment on how well they hold up after washing, but so far the dogs love them and so do I!

I put it away when I'm not at home because I don't doubt she would eventually rip a hole in it, though it would take some time. It's pretty sturdy. And let's face it, she prefers to sleep on my bed when I'm not home. Who could blame her?
The extra large was big enough for my 75-pound Lab. Sometimes I even find my cat sleeping on it.
from Alexandria, VA on 12/25/2008As a crate pad, this us a great product. It's thicker and softer than most crate pads, and has a nice cover. It's easy to wash and looks great. Our dogs are "fluffers" and they can bunch it up in the corner and sleep for hours.
