from Des Moines, IA on 01/25/2012I was thrilled to see that fetchdog had a Boxer modeling this sweater in it's winter catalog! I have looked everywhere for a warm sweater that will fit my boxer's broad chest and skinny waist. He is 65 lbs, has a 32" girth and his length from collar to start of tail is 25". Since he was in between sizes I ordered both the XL and XXL to try them out. The XXL fit his chest perfectly, but was a little too long and loose on the behind. Overall it would have probably worked, however, I didn't want it to get in the way when he does his business. I kept the XL as it is perfect in length and just a tad tight on his chest BUT the sweater material stretches out so it's a good snug fit. At last...a sweater that I don't have to alter!
I am having my dog groomed more often, and noticed that he was shivering on our daily walks in cold weather.
He can wear this sweater walk and do his business without a problem.

from Long Island NY on 01/09/2012This sweater is a little expensive but so worth it. The quality is beautiful. It is handmade, very thick wool. Since it is so thick I would recommend it for a very cold climate or harsh winter. I live in NY so it's perfect for winter here. If you like it in the photo you will love it in person.
When I tried this sweater on my terrier mastiff mix he didnt want to take it off! He loves it!
from Dallas, Texas on 12/07/2011Bought two of these (XXL) last winter and my two Rhodesian Ridgebacks LOVE them. We live in Texas, so fortunately don't need to use them a lot, but whenever temps are in the 30's or below, they really seem to enjoy wearing them inside AND out....keeps them warm at night, too! Not the best play wear (my mistake), they don't hold up to Ridgback play, so best to remove or put another type on when they are in full play mode. Would definitely buy again!
from Hoover, Alabama on 11/21/2011My Australian cattle dog mix I sometimes think is part reptilian. She is always looking to cuddle, burrow under blankets & sun in front of the window. She loves the sweater & I love how easy it is to put on & off. It doesnt seem to constrict her movement of front legs. Great for traveling in the car it helps keep her warm while she rides with her head out the window.
the sweaters fit perfectly - easy to put on and take off and both my dogs like wearing it.
I have a Boston Terrier so when it gets chilly out, he needs a nice warm sweater! and it needs to be easy to put on-which is one is!
She wore it for two days and on the third day she went out in the backyard and returned without it. Since I leave in NJ I have to wait for the snow to melt before i can retrieve it. I guess she did not like it.
