The Japanese Chin

The Japanese Chin is almost catlike in her propensity to climb a piece of furniture and peer down at you with a Cheshire-like pose. Decorative though Chins might be, they are better than porcelain Foo dogs as they are playful, live pets who are both entertaining and affectionate. They are also catlike in their cleanliness and thoughtful consideration of commands. To or not to, is their question...but always with a delightful charm.
