This is a great way to deal with dog poop in your yard. Even though I'm constantly adding to it, it never fills up. The only downside is that it requires a large hole to be buried in, so get out your shovel!

The plastic used to construct this is thin and flimsy, and the device contorts and bends to new shapes as earth is backfilled and packed around it. Keeping it filled with water and introducing enzyme powder into it weekly is also a nuisance, but the big downside is the plastic manufacturing. Next time, I'd go with a steel device.

Aside from the back breaking work of digging a giant hole (well, hubs did the digging and I watched) ... Great product.

I have recently adopted two (2) more standard poodles. I now have a total of four (4) dogs running in my backyard. Although I take them all for a walk every morning, they still want to play in the backyard. With the new "Doggy Septic Tank" I am able to pick up their "doo" and easily dispose of it. This secptic tank makes my backyard a pleasant place for me, my family, and dogs.

I have 3 Boxers, and waste disposal has been a challenge for me. The Doggy Septic system by Doggy Dooley has eliminated that problem in a very effective and easy manner. I will definitely purchase another unit for my second home!

We love this thing! It's the best invention in pet care. We have had our dooley for a little over a year and it is fantastic! When we first bought it, we only had 2 small dogs (13 & 19 lbs). We obtained a third dog in February (55 lbs). The dooley still handles the waste with ease. The best part about the doggie dooley--no bags of poop marinating in the garbage can.
Digging the hole was a drag, but that is a one time thing. Initially, the lid will stick, but it loosens up after short while. Be sure to install near a hose so that you can add water daily. We planted flowers on 3 sides of ours so that we wouldn't run over it with the lawn mower. As far as weather, our dooley made it through winter, and 52" of snow, with no cracks or damage.
If you have a dog, get a doggie dooley. You, your neighbors, and the garbage men will be glad you did!!!

This product has really helped in the yard. Clean up is faster, which means it gets done more often.
