Treats, not tricks

'Twas a week before Christmas, and all through the house, I was wrapping and hiding some gifts for my spouse.

The stockings were hung by the chimney with care, and I stuffed them with enough candy to spare.

Thinking doggies were nestled all snug in their beds, while visions of pork chops danced in their heads,

I sat at the table, continuing to wrap, while hubby stole away for a quick winter's nap.

When out in the living room, there arose such a clatter, I sprang from my chair to see what was the matter.

The stockings had fallen to the floor with a crash - the dogs had discovered that sweet candy stash.

The moral of this story? It seems quite apparent. I was shirking my duties as a good doggie parent.

I forgot to buy dog treats. The results? A disaster. But this situation would've been easy to master.

I should've gone to FetchDog and stocked up on treats. That way our canines would've ignored the sweets.

With so many options, it's a little hard to choose - Greenies? Some Pup Corn? Bichon Fries Dog Chews?

There are Solid Gold Dog Treats - like jerky for hounds. And the Healthy Harvest treat tub - it's fun by the pound.

Even humans would love the blueberry treats, while the Barker's Bounty Bucket is really quite sweet.

Old dogs and young dogs - there are treats for them all. And shopping online beats a trip to the mall.

So order a bunch - make it a doggie delight. Happy howl-idays to all, and to all a good night.
