Bon Voyage

By the time my husband and I traded in our old tank of a Volvo wagon, it had become a dogmobile- claw scratches on the leather seats, snout prints on the windows, muddy pawprints in the cargo area, fur everywhere, and a distinct aroma of "eau de chien" that could not be eliminated by Febreeze, pine tree air fresheners or any amount of detailing.

We couldn't have been more thrilled to trade up to a new model with all the bells and whistles - heated leather seats, traction control, new-car smell.  Problem is, our dogs are the only reason we own a wagon in the first place, and I was reluctant to even allow them near the cargo area, let alone the leather seats.

Now that I've found the Velvet Voyager Cargo Dog Bed, the ride is a little less bumpy.  Rather than worry about the blankets I've thrown in the back sliding around, this cozy, soft, luxurious bed stays in place.  Even better, it provides Stella and Cassidy with a comfortable place to rest during long car trips.  When things get smelly - and with two dogs, they always do- we can remove the velvet microsuede cover and toss it in the washing machine.  And even if they hop in after a dip in a mud puddle, the bed's waterproof bottom with ensure that the car stays dry.

It's so cozy, Stella and Cassidy won't even think about hopping into the back seat.  But if they do, I know what to do: buy the Velvet Voyager Car Back Seat Cover.  Same deal, different seats.

With the Velvet Voyager line of car seat covers, we can share our car with the dogs in style - and without feat of it becoming a dogmobile.
