Portland, ME (PRWEB) June 18, 2008 -- Up here in Maine everything's finally turning green. You might say the same thing about the brand new FetchDog 2008 Summer Collection, featuring the best-designed finest-made dog products available in one place, anywhere.

Shopping at FetchDog is a unique experience thanks to the blogs, videos and stories on everything from breed selection to tick prevention. Dog lovers love that they can shop with a purpose at FetchDog through our Charitable Shops, sharing a portion of every purchase with programs like Animal Rescue New Orleans, the ASPCA, and Puppies Behind Bars.

The Summer Collection sports an array of eco-friendly products. Start with our expanded collection of beds made from IntelliLoft, amazingly cozy fill material created entirely of recycled plastic bottles. Browse on over to the ingenious Auto-Fresh Fountain that uses motion detection to precisely serve up fresh cold water to your thirsty pooch. Connects right to your existing outside faucet.

Your dog friends will be green with envy when they see your gleaming Contempo Bowls, winner of the Chicago Museum of Architecture and Design "Good Design" award. Crafted from 18/10 surgical steel with built in handles that makes scooping just the right amount of puppy chow a breeze.

And if lean, not green, is your immediate priority, consider the sexiest dog bowl with the grouchiest name: The ever-popular Anti-Bloat Bowl, tested and recommend by vets to promote slower eating, better digestion and a generally less tummy-stressed hound.

Speaking of healthier minds and bodies, don't forget to check out the amazing Triple Chew edible chew toy. It's a workout and dental visit in one. Bye-bye doggie breath.

If you a bit more devout about dazzling denture, go straight to the FetchDog Dental Kit stocked with not one but two different tooth brushes and filet mignon flavored toothpaste.

Summer's about the outdoors, so get out and about in confidence and style with the Just-A-Cinch Leash, a veritable Swiss Army knife of leashes. With an integrated collar that converts from standard to a correction collar, reflective trim woven right into the rope, even an accessory loop that provides hands-off transport of the inevitable doggie bag (you know what we mean).

The entire FetchDog 2008 Summer Collection is now online at www.fetchdog.com. Many dog lovers also like our printed catalog, which offers a variety of exclusive catalog-only products and select discounts.

HELP! We are trying to pull together a mobile spay/neuter clinic in a remote area of New Mexico between two Indian Reservations--Zuni and Navajo--sixty miles from the nearet veterinarian. Hopefully, we will need only $1,500 to $2,500 to buy and register a 34-foot RV trailer. The few repairs needed may increase that estimate. An outreach veterinary group has expressed interest in helping find grants for veterinary expenses. But we need to secure the trailer NOW while it is available. We are the ZUNI Mountain Enironmental Action League, known as ZEAL--50l.c.3. rated with the IRS. One of our projects is St. Francis Sanctuary for Animals, so we see first-hand the sad result of overbreeding--too many unwanted, often starving animals. Wild dog packs are another. Zeal's mobile unit could also provide other veterinary treatment and could be deployed to evacuate animals from fire-threatened areas whenever and wherever needed. Contact: or call (505) 775-3260 after 8 p.m. MST, before 9a.m., Tues.-Sun. Write: ZEAL, POB 336, Pine Hill, New Mexico, 87357. Put your money where your heart is. Make checks out to ZEAL (for spay/neuter clinic). It's tax deductible and donors, big or small, will be permanently listed on the unit. Please post here any information that could lead to funding or grants for this project. We would also be interested in any comments or ideas that would get us further down the road. Thanks, Arleen Krippene. President, ZEAL
