Every effort is made to ship your products within 1 business day from when we receive your order. Shipments should arrive in only 4 - 7 business days (unless otherwise noted in the Product Detail Page.) All orders are shipped from our Distribution Center in Louisiana, MO. All shipping charges are based on the dollar amount of your order, unless otherwise stated on the Product Detail Page.

Two Business Day Delivery
Add $14.95 to standard shipping and handling charges for two business day delivery. Certain items have additional charges or are excluded due to weight or size. Your order will arrive within two business days when placed before Noon Eastern Time (Monday - Friday). Please add one day to shipping time frames during Holidays as most carriers are closed.

Next Business Day Delivery
Add $19.95 to standard shipping and handling charges for next business day delivery. Certain items are excluded due to weight or size. Your order will arrive within the next business day when placed before Noon Eastern Time (Monday - Friday). Please add one day to shipping time frames during Holidays as most carriers are closed.

Oversized Products
Some items require additional shipping charges due size and/or weight as stated in their Product Detail Page.

Restricted Products
Some items cannot be transported via air service due to FAA regulations. We cannot ship these restricted items outside of the 48 contiguous United States.

Gift Certificate Shipping & Handling
Gift Certificates are shipped via Express shipping when ordered alone (guaranteed to arrive in four business days) and the shipping fees are waived.  E-mail delivery is also available.

Large Item Orders
Due to the large size and weight of certain beds, gates, or heavy-weight products, these items have a shipping charge in addition to standard shipping and handling of other products. Shipping charges are calculated during checkout.

Split Shipping Orders
You can choose to send contents of your order to more than one location during checkout. Shipping and handling charges, and any restrictions above, are based on the products sent to each location.

Returns:

Simply complete the back of the packing slip that arrived with your order and enclose it (along with any related correspondence) in your return box. Please make sure your order number is clearly marked on the outside of the box.  Repack item(s) in the original container, if possible. Ship via insured regular mail or regular ground UPS. Do not ship via expedited delivery such as Express Mail, FedEx, UPS second day or overnight delivery. You are responsible for paying for return shipping should you want to return an item.

If you cannot locate your packing slip, here is a copy of the back in Adobe PDF format for you to download, fill out, and include with your return.

Important: If merchandise was damaged during shipping, please save the original packaging and immediately notify our Customer Service Department at 800-881-6624 during regular business hours, Monday through Friday, from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. ET or email customercare@fetchdog.com.
