Winner: "Tawney"
Tawney is a 12 year-old Golden Retriever. I adopted her just about a year ago from
Yankee Golden Retriever Rescue. Her elderly owner had to give her up due to an illness.
Tawney has all kinds of stuffed animal squeaky toys but she really gets excited
when I take a tennis ball out of her toy box. Her favorite pastime is taking long
walks at the local pond where she can say hello to all humans and dogs. Her pet
peeve is getting her ears cleaned but she's so sweet, she waits patiently and
then gets a treat!
